Helen books a survivalist course to feel better after a divorce. She visits her grandmother Gigi, who raised her. The guide Beckett instructs members about the rules of a hiking trip. It turns out that Helen and Hugh are the oldest participants and Duncan’s friend Jake also takes part in this hiking.

The next morning Helen injures her leg, and the former doctor helps her. Windy reveals that she likes Jake. Beckett teaches others how to protect their food from animals. Eventually, the teacher made blisters because she does not use hiking boots.

Wendy practices positive thinking. Hugh reveals that he wanted to be an actor, but he sells insurance. Beckett finds the wish list on a piece of paper in the woods. The guide decides to divide the group. There was a kiss between Jake and Windy, that’s why the team thinks that they have chemistry.

Hugh broke his leg and Helen goes away for help. She reaches the second group. As a result, the team carries Hugh to the ambulance. Jake reveals that he has an eye disease, that’s why he can’t work as a doctor anymore.
