Episode 1. Coin Flip.
Jimmy works as a therapist, but he is frustrated because his patients do nothing to change their life. Eventually, he advises Grace to leave her husband. As result, Grace’s husband finds him and tries to punch him. Thanks to Sean, Jimmy is safe, but his patient has been arrested. Finally, Jimmy celebrates that two of his patients did something important to change their destiny.
Episode 2. Fortress of Solitude.
Jimmy asks his old friend to help Sean as a lawyer. Eventually, Sean’s family finds out about the issues and offers him to get away. Alice tries to reconnect with her father and consults with Paul. Liz helps Alice, but Gabby confronts her about Jimmy.
Episode 3. Fifteen Minutes.
Paul visits a doctor to check his health. Eventually, he hits Gabby’s new car which causes an argument about his Parkinson’s disease. Gabby is getting divorced and invites Sean to celebrate her divorce. Paul advises Alice on how to deal with her grief.

Jimmy understands that he failed as a therapist. Finally, Jimmy confronts Liz because she was too active in parenting his daughter. Paul has to tell his daughter, Meg, about his diagnosis, but he is afraid. Liz and Gaby try to explain to Jimmy that his daughter is a teenager and Sean is a beautiful guy.
